From your home-office, you will serve as a personal shopper, assisting customers of a premier online retailer over the phone and through online chat.  Customers may seek your advice on navigating within the site to find apparel or accessories, sizing and fit of particular designers, purchasing complementary items, product availability, sales or promotions, return policy information, as well as general fashion and/or customer service questions. You will assist customers in a professional and timely manner ensuring they have an amazing shoppingexperience and want to come back for more!

Applicants should have an aptitude for technology, can easily download and install software on your computer needed, and easily conduct searches on the Internet for specific items.
