Home-Based Reservation Agents – Enterprise (Chicago, Illinois)



Enterprise Rent-A-Car is currently hiring reservation agents. These are part-time home-based jobs, however you must live in the Chicago, Illinois area. Working from home, agents will answer inbound calls from customers and help them make car reservations.

Starting pay for this job is $12.45 per hour. Agents can also earn bonuses based on individual and team performance.

Reservation Agent – Applicant Requirements

To apply for this job, you must live in Chicago, Illinois. You will also need to be available for a 3-week a 3 virtual training class (Monday-Friday, 9a-6p CST.)

Work shifts can include morning hours, afternoon hours and evening hours. You will need to be available for possible weekend hours as well.

They are seeking applicants that have at least one year’s experience in customer service and sales, preferably with the same employer as well. Finally, you will need to provide your own home office equipment, which includes computer, headset, high speed Internet connection. All equipment will need to meet their specific technical requirements.
