You should be able to type 35 words per minute, have strong written and verbal communication skills as well as fundamental math skills.
Previous call center experience is preferred.
Home Office Requirements
Your computer will need to meet specific speed criteria, and be VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) compatible. Wireless connections are not accepted at this time.
You will need to have a phone connection for this job, and the good news is that VoIP Telephones are permitted as your alternate phone lines, including services such as Skype (purchased services including dedicated phone number.) Of course you can also use a land based telephone line. Whichever phone type you use, an approved USB headset is required.
