You will chat via phone with customers of Nordstromrack.com and HauteLook. You help resolve issues customers may have with orders, delivery, and pricing. This may involve communicating with Nordstrom’s credit department and shipping carriers.
All calls must be accurately logged, and you need to immediately report all issues with programs or accessories used to complete daily duties.
