Daily Transcription is hiring work at home transcribers. They welcome applications from experienced as well as beginning transcribers.
Daily Transcription pays $15.00 to $20.00 per 30 audio minute submitted. Candidates must be available to transcribe at least 2.5 hours of audio a week. Audio file lengths range from 30 minutes to 2+ hours.
What is Required To Apply As a Transcriber For Daily Transcription
Transcription experience is a plus, however it is not a requirement
Excellent spelling, grammar and punctuation skills
Ability to transcribe verbatim dialogue, i.e.”ahs or ums” included
Can start work assignments with minimum direction and be self-motivated
Ability to type at least 50 wpm
Can follow required guidelines, procedures and meet deadlines
Broadband internet access
Being available to transcribe at least 2.5 hours of audio per week
Previous experience with transcription software(s) and different media types
Familiarity with accessing cloud storage applications; i.e Dropbox or box.com

Once you have completed the application, the next step will be to take the company’s online transcription test. You will receive an email with a link to the test and materials to review.
