Woman’s Day posted an article recently about surprising stats on moms. For example, did you know that 80% of moms are happy when ‘back to school’ time rolls around, compared to the 20% that are sad to see their little ones return to the classroom? This is according to a survey conducted by the Marketing to Moms Coalition.

82.8 million women (about 4 percent of women world-wide) are mothers, according to the U.S. Census Bureau.
58% of people polled chose Clair Huxtable of The Cosby Show as one of the top five best TV moms in a survey conducted by TiVo. Rounding out the group: Marion Cunningham from Happy Days, Carol Brady of The Brady Bunch, June Cleaver from Leave It to Beaver and Marge Simpson of The Simpsons.
The average stay–at–home mother would earn 117,867 each year if she were a salaried employee, according to the experts at Salary.com.
