These positions will be primarily focused on teaching English as a second language to adult student learners who are employed in multinational firms, and are receiving the ESL training as a benefit from their employer.
Requirements needed to apply include being a native English speaker, telephone, computer, and reliable broadband internet connection at home. Experience is preferred, but they are most interested in enthusiastic, motivated applicants who are passionate and committed to helping people learn. Tutors receive complete online training and are supplied with all lesson materials designed to cover an entire academic year (10 months).
Trainers can work up to 25-30 hours a week, Monday to Friday, although ultimately you can work as little or as much as you want. Since students will be located in many different time zones, you will have flexibility when choosing the hours you want to work.
