Just about everyone asks the question at some point – How Can I Make Some Money From Home in My Spare Time? And there are lots of answers out there when you search on the Internet. Some ideas may work, while others will not make you a cent. They could even cost you money.
But one thing is pretty certain – you may make some extra money quickly, but it will not be a lot of money (usually.)
But there are times where we all may find ourselves in a money crunch, and need to make some fast cash – even if it’s just a few dollars.
One of the best ways to make some money from home in your spare time – morning or night – is by posting on forums.
How to Make Money With Forum Posting.
You may or may not be familiar with getting paid to post on forums. If you find a well-known forum that has been proven to pay members quickly and without hassle, this is a great way to make some money. Postloop is one of those forums. They pay you through Paypal and you can actually start earning payouts daily.
You will almost certainly not make more than $5-$10 everyday, but I have personally made $5 every single day, consecutively, when I work with Postloop.
I do not however, do this everyday. But it is a great resource to have available any time of day or night – whenever I need to make some extra money fast.
To get started with Postloop, you will need to pass the initial application process.
Before you are approved for writing at Postloop, you must first make 10 trial posts at The Postloop Portal. The Postloop Portal is owned and operated by Postloop staff and is used as a place to verify writer quality before being admitted into Postloop. Postloop staff will review the posts that you have made and return with a decision within 24 hours. If your posts meet our quality expectations, you will be able to start participating at any of the websites listed at Postloop. If your posts do not meet our quality expectations, you may be able to reapply with another 10 posts if instructed by Postloop staff. If your posts fall far below the expectations at Postloop, you will not be able to reapply.
Once you become a member you can join the particular forums you are interested in at Postloop (there are many to choose from) and get started posting. As you post, you will accumulate points. Generally, you will make about .08 per post (that can change however) and you will need a minimum of $5.00 points to request a withdrawal.
You will also earn a ‘ user rating’ from forum owners. This is a rating that will indicate if you are posting quality content or not. When you make a request for payment, your user rating must meet the minimum points as well (usually in the area 0f 3.5 to 4.0. This number can change from time to time.) It is not difficult to meet the minimum user rating if you are making quality posts. In fact, you will probably be well above the minimum if you post thoughtful well written replies to other members questions, and start new threads yourself as well.
It will take anywhere from a couple of hours to up to 24 hours (max.) to have your withdrawal request approved, and payment made to your Paypal account.
Another site that will pay you to post and contribute quality content to forums is WiredFlame.com. While they appear to be very legitimate as well, I personally have not worked with this site yet.
They seem to follow the same formula – and at first glance, they appear to pay a bit more than Postloop –
- $0.15 USD for each thread
- $0.12 USD for each post
WiredFlame pays every Friday, via Paypal, for work that has been verified as OK by their administrators. So it is possible you will make some posts in a week that will not have yet been verified by Friday, and will be rolled over to the following Friday.
These are both sites you can work on at your own pace, when and where you want. You can slowly earn extra money and build up a little savings, or you can work consistently for more hours and get some money in hand quickly.
No matter what resource you choose however, whether it is forum posting or another choice, it is always good to have an ’emergency’ plan to make a some extra money in a hurry!
