Teleflora is hiring WAH customer service agents to take flower orders for Mother’s Day. Virtual training classes for the Mother’s Day season are currently being scheduled. You must be available to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week during May 1st – May 15th, with extended hours possibly being required May 8 – May 11. These are wah jobs with hourly pay.
As a Seasonal Work at Home agent with Teleflora, you will answer inbound calls from customers looking to place flower orders for Mother’s Day as well as other busy holidays throughout the year.) You will help with flower arrangement selections, offer your expertise and suggestions, and complete customer orders.
What Requirements Must I Have To Apply?
Applicants need to be computer literate, and be comfortable navigating between multiple browser and application systems including web-based systems, intranet interfaces, and non-windows based programs.
You will need to have good typing and data entry skills, a high school diploma or equivalent, and be legally able to work in the United States.
Keep in mind that these are performance-based phone jobs, and as such calls are monitored and assessed, so it will be important that you are comfortable with this aspect.
Previous telephone customer service experience is desirable but not required.
How Much Does Teleflora Pay?
- Training: Paid at your state’s minimum wage per hour (12-16 hours training)
- After Training: $8.00 per hour. $250 bonus to be paid after completion of assignment per holiday.
What Equipment Will I Need At Home For This Job?
Before training starts, you will need to have the following equipment at home-
- A Computer that is ‘hard-wired’ to modem or router, no wireless connections.
- A Corded Telephone headset with noise-canceling microphone that plugs into a corded landline telephone for production calls. Mute button and volume control required either on headset or phone. Basic phone line needed which does not include call waiting or voicemail
- USB headset/headphones for training webinars
