Higher One is hiring P/T Customer Service Agents. This is a telecommute position with paid training classes starting August 5th and August 12th, 2013.

How Many Hours Will I Work In This Job?
Currently, the following shifts are available for their wah customer service agents-
Note: ALL TIMES ARE EASTERN STANDARD TIME
1:15pm to 7pm
4:15pm to 9:30pm
10am to 4:15pm
4:30pm to 10:30pm
Who Can Apply For This Job – What Are The Applicant Requirements?
To apply, you must be at least 18 years of age and be eligible to work in the United States. You will need to be available to work at least 20 hours per week between the hours of 8am and 11pm ET.
Candidates must have 1 to 3 years experience in customer service and/or data entry, good listening, speaking and written communication skills, and can handle customer complaint calls in a professional manner.
Bilingual/ Spanish speaking is a plus.
This job does require a credit and background check.
What Other Home Office Equipment Will I Need For This Job?
You will need to have a land-line with an unlimited long distance plan. You will be reimbursed $30 each month for unlimited long distance telephone service as long as you are working for the company.
You must have your own personal computer (must be a PC, not a Mac), with Windows XP SP2 or higher, Windows Vista, and Windows 7 Home Premium or higher. Windows must be up to date with all security patches applicable to service pack level.
Other requirements include:
- Internet Explorer 7 or higher.
- Broadband internet access (Cable, DSL, or Verizon FIOS only).
- All agents will be required to install a VPN client provided by Higher One.
