I came across this post today by Miranda over at WAH Adventures – it’s about a free way to make money using the new Locket Android App!
It sounds like a super simple way to make a bit of extra money by basically looking at ads on your smartphone or tablet.
This is a free app for android phones, and in a nutshell you make money from advertisers that pay you to view their ad on your lock screen. You get paid 1 cent for every ad you swipe. So when an ad appears on your lock screen, you can swipe to the right to go to your home screen, or swipe to the left to interact with that ad if you like – either way you get paid!
There is a 3 cent cap per hour right now, but as Amanda pointed out in her post, if you swipe every hour you will earn $250 a year!
When you have earned $10 in your account, you can get a cash out to PayPal – you usually will see the money in your PayPal account within two days of requesting payment.
Locket also pays $1 for every referral you send their way.
