Hewlett Packard is hiring WAH customer service agents in select locations. These are inbound customer care positions where you will only handle incoming calls from HP customers.
Responsibilities include resolving billing issues, order-taking and account maintenance.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, have a high school degree or GED, and a minimum six months experience in customer service. You will need to complete a training program, and background check.
Home office requirements include computer with internet access and phone line. You will need to have flexibility as far as work schedules go – you may be assigned shifts anytime during the call center hours of operation, which are from 6:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. including weekends and holidays.
