There are two types of part time jobs available with NextWave@Home – outbound phone agents and writers.
Outreach Agents will make outbound phone calls to various businesses, professionals and others. All projects are grassroots education/mobilization programs. There is NO sales or fundraising involved.
Writers will write letters to Senators, Representatives, etc. that show support for or concerns about current political issues. This position does not require you to make phone calls.
Both of these are flexible jobs you can do from home. You can choose the projects you want to work on, and the hours you’ll be available to work. Previous experience is not required, however writers will need to show they have strong writing skills.
How Much Do These Part Time Jobs Pay?
Compensation will vary depending on each campaign. For some projects you work on, you will be paid an hourly rate. You can also be paid on a per project basis. NextWave issues payments weekly, and direct deposit is available.
What Equipment Is Needed For This Job?
You will need to provide a desktop computer or laptop with high speed Internet, Outreach phone agents will also need to provide their own voice-activated headset. NextWave provides a cloud-based software platform for making outbound phone calls, and your Internet connection must have sufficient bandwidth to ensure a quality connection.
