Premier Telecommute is seeking Customer Service Representatives, Tech Support and Chat Agents. If you are a work at home mom, or would like to be one, these positions offer very flexible shifts and hours.
Job Duties
Working at home, you will answer and/or return calls from customers. You’ll be handling customer requests and resolving any issues that may arise. You should be able to handle a large number of calls efficiently and be able to communicate well with customers.
Requirements
Applicants must be over 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent. In addition, you must be available and willing to work a minimum of 5 hours on the weekend.
You should have excellent organizational and administrative skills, and be able to multi-task. You will need to provide your own computer, Internet, telephone line and headset.
