What Are The Requirements To Be a Customer Support Representative For Tapingo?
Though they are focusing their mobile food ordering services on college campuses right now as they grow their mobile shopping platform, this job appears to be open to anyone who meets the qualifications and is interested in applying.
Requirements to apply include:
Previous customer service experience.
You will need to be available to travel to the SF office annually for training (Required for one week during on boarding and annually for training/meeting.)
Have strong computer skills, typing skills (45 wpm or higher expected,) and be able to comfortably use their online chat system.
Be aware that although you work from home, you will need to be online from the start of your shift to the end of each night. You will also need to be okay with them tracking your productivity.
Night and weekend availability is a MUST (Friday to Sunday is required.)
What Do Customer Support Reps Do Exactly?
Working from home, you will answer inbound calls, respond to emails and chat with customers, merchants and couriers.
