Sitel is currently hiring for its’ work-at-home interview team. This is the team that conducts phone interviews with applicants interested in becoming work-at-home customer service agents.
While all work is done from home, you will need to have the flexibility to work when needed, which may include weekend and evenings hours. Your actual working hours vary each week depending on the company’s business needs.
This job requires you to have a home office or designated quiet space where you can conduct phone interviews without interruption, as well as a home computer with DSL or Cable internet.
Other Requirements For Sitel’s Work At Home Interview Team:
High School Diploma or Equivalent (minimum)
Prior Interview Experience, Prior Customer Service Experience
Proficient Computer Skills
Excellent Grammar and Communication Skills
Must pass a criminal background check.
