Sutherland Global Services is accepting applications for part time work at home customer service agents. In this telecommuting position you will work approximately 20-29 hours a week, between the hours of 9am-2pm and 5pm -11pm, EST.
WAH Agents will assist customers that are having issues with TV services, Internet and basic VOIP issues. You will be given specific tools to do basic troubleshooting following step by step instructions/scripting.
Sutherland provides paid training, and they offer basic and extended training as well to their work from home employees. There are requirements for applicants that include, but may not be limited to, a high school diploma or GED, one year experience in technical support, and computer proficiency. There are also technical requirements for your computer.
