Training takes place in centralized locations in a classroom setting. However, if you do not live near a training location, you can do virtual training from your home!
What About Schedules?
Your schedule will be set and agreed upon at the time of hire – you will have the same schedule every week unless you request/need a change in your scheduled hours.
Since the virtual call center is open 24/7, you will have some flexibility in picking out your schedule – however some shifts will have more openings than others. And you should keep in mind that according to NewCorp, their busiest times are in the evenings and weekends – so those will likely be part of your schedule.
