Teleflora is hiring NOW. The company is hiring a large group of seasonal customer care representatives to work from home taking flower orders – and they are currently scheduling new work at home mother’s day training classes.

As a remote order taker, You will answer inbound calls during their busy holiday seasons – Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas. You can work all three holidays each year, or just one or two. The choice is yours-the more you work, the more you earn.

How Much Does Teleflora Pay?
During your training you are paid at your state’s minimum wage per hour (12-16 hours training)
Note: All Training is done at home.
After Training, Call Center agents earn $8.00 per hour with Teleflora. Agents can also earn a $250 bonus to be paid after completion of assignment per holiday.
How Often Will I Work?
Phone volume may change at times, so you will need to be able to work a flexible schedule. Your hours may change each week depending on volume.
Teleflora work at home agents may show availability over and above their committed schedule as long as their commitment has been met on their committed shifts and days. Agents may or may not be scheduled additional hours over the fixed schedule.
Missing a scheduled shift will require approval from the program management team.
The one main negative for some people considering applying for this wah job is that you are required to work during the holidays – no exceptions. {So this is an important consideration you may want to keep in mind.}
What Are The Technical Requirements For This Job?
You must have a quiet home office with a computer hard-wired to a modem or router – no wireless connections allowed – and high speed internet connection. You will need to provide a land line phone and USB headset as well.
A Few More Details To Keep In Mind:
You will need very good typing and data entry skills for this job.
All calls are monitored, recorded and assessed, and Call times and quality scores are an integral part of the position. You will be expected to meet the minimum requirements.
Previous telephone customer service experience is desirable though is not required.
Applicants must be legally able to work in the United State and have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
