What Qualifications Do I Need To Apply?

- 4 year college degree or 4 years of customer service experience

Preference is given to applicants that have experience working from home as a customer service agent, and/or experience working in a hospitality, financial, insurance, or banking service industry. Knowledge of credit card practices is also helpful.
Are American Express Schedules Flexible?
Not too much. These are full-time work from home positions. You will be expected to work 40 hours per week, and you will be given a fixed schedule. You need to be aware that weekend shifts are required, and it is possible you may need to work over- night shifts as well,

You are responsible for providing the ‘usual work – from – home – equipment’, which includes a computer with a high speed internet connection, and a dedicated landline phone that will be used only for this job.
How Much Does American Express Pay?
