The Center For Client Retention (TCFCR) has immediate openings for Telephone Interviewers. These are work-at-home Independent Contractor positions.
What Type of Interviews Does TCFCR Do?
Their surveys are follow-up calls to consumers who have contacted a company with a question or concern. You would be surveying them to understand how satisfied they were with the interaction.
How Long Are the Interviews, And How Much Does This Type of Work Pay?
Each interview you do will take approximately 10-20 minutes to complete. The pay can vary from project to project, however the average pay is $10 – $15 per completed survey. You are paid every two weeks, so however many surveys you complete in the two-week period is what you get paid for.
How Are Interviews Assigned?
According to the job description, you will be called when a project is available. After you are given the job details (calling hours, survey pay, project objectives), you can decide whether or not to accept the project. If, for example, you would not be available to complete the interview in the time frame indicated, you do not have to accept the assignment. You also get to make your own schedule. For example, when you have an assignment, they may tell you that the calling hours are between 12 – 8 PM. When you decide to do surveys on a given day, you would just have to complete them within the calling hours.
How Many Interview Assignments Can I Expect To Receive Every Week?
The job description states that Telephone Interviewers are typically assigned around 25 surveys to be finished in a week. How fast you complete them depends on how many hours you put in doing surveys each day. Please keep in mind that the company states this should not be considered a primary source of income, and that all work is on an ‘as-needed’ basis.
How Do I Apply?
There are a few steps in the hiring process. Once you have completed the application, you will be contacted to complete a phone interview. If that goes well, you will be assigned a self-paced training program. Upon completion of the training, you will participate in a pilot survey, where you interview someone from TCFCR. They will then make their hiring decision based on the candidate who receives the highest score when surveys are reviewed.
