How Vocalabs Works
There are no fees to join or participate in any Vocalabs surveys. The sign-up process is short and takes just a few minutes. It is really just a matter of filling out their online form and answering general type questions about yourself. Once you have joined, you will be able to get emails when a survey is available for you to take. You can also go on anytime to check for open surveys.
How and When Am I paid For Taking Surveys?
The minimum you will be paid for a survey is $.50, and most surveys will pay around $1.00
You will need to have a Paypal account if you do not already have one yet. As of right now, Paypal is the only way you can get paid. The company does not issue checks at this time. When you sign up with Vocalabs, make sure you use the same email on your member profile that you have listed on your Paypal account, in order to receive survey payments.

The Types of Surveys You Do For Vocalabs
Vocalabs’ clients are companies that are trying to get feedback on how their phone-based customer service is like, so they can make improvements where needed. When you do a survey for Vocalabs, you will usually be asked to call a toll-free phone number, try to get some information or complete a task, and then do an on-line survey about your experience.
Sometimes, you may be asked to visit a web site, or send E-mail somewhere. There may be times you will be asked to do something at a particular time or on a particular day. Generally, the more things you are asked to do, the more money the survey is worth.
When you receive an email invitation to take a survey, it is best to accept as soon as you can. They do go fast! Even though they state that you may have up to six hours to accept a job, that survey may be close within an hour after invites being sent out. Also, try to make sure you complete each survey you sign up for. They will send more survey invites to those participants that have shown they are more likely to complete surveys.
