You will work from home managing the day-to-day supervision of virtual call center agents. Using a chat platform, you will communicate with agents everyday, making sure they are staying on task, are motivated and are achieving their sales goals. Virtual managers are the front-line supervisors overseeing at home call center agents, and making sure they are providing excellent customer service to customers.
