RiseSmart is seeking remote resume writers to work on resumes from home. Certification from one of the major career organizations (NRWA, CDI, CPRW, CRS etc.) is preferred, but not required. Applicants will need to have previous resume-writing experience, however.
Writers with RiseSmart start working on an hourly basis, which may convert to fixed price payments (per resume) in the future.
Job Details:
Working as a resume writer from home you will be responsible for providing resume critiques, editing and rewriting existing resumes, as well as writing resumes from scratch. You will communicate with your clients via phone and email as you work on their resume.
Job Requirements:
They are looking for applicants that have previous professional experience working on resumes. You should know about the different resume formats, and be comfortable suggesting the best formats for clients.
Applicants must have excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Since you will be writing resumes for people in all different career fields, it is important to have knowledge of various jobs, careers and industries positions in entry-level as well as executive roles.
