What Type of Work Will Virtual Assistants Do?
There is quite a variety of jobs that virtual assistants will handle for their clients. Jobs can include anything from making travel reservations, shopping, data entry to answering email for a client. Some VA’s will be more be more specialized and handle work assignments such as payroll, legal matters, website design, and accounting. So pretty much the work you will do depends on clients you work for, as well as any specialties you bring to the table.
What Are the Basic Requirements I Should Have If I Want To Apply With Virtually Speaking?
Applicants will need to have an Associate’s Degree or higher to apply. These are U.S. based positions only.
Virtual Assistants will need to be available to work Monday-Friday from 9:AM-5:PM.
Other requirements include:
- Recent version of Microsoft Office
- Smartphone
- Experience with various computer applications/programs (Google Apps, Outlook, Skype)
- Ability and willingness to learn and step outside of your comfort zone
- Strong attention to detail
- Passion to give high-quality service
