Hiring For the Holidays: VIP Desk Seasonal Customer Service Jobs – Work From Home


VIPdesk is hiring work at home Brand Ambassadors for Skull Candy. Training classes start November 5 and will run through November 16, 2011, 11am – 5pm ET, Monday – Friday.

 

The Details:

VIPdesk is looking for agents that can work Monday-Friday either part-time 9am-5pm ET or part-time 1pm-9pm ET. Part-time  Seasonal Brand Ambassadors will work up to 34 hours week, up to five days.

You will be helping customers primarily through email and phone – so you will need to have a home-office environment, phone line, internet connection, and a computer system that meets VIPdesk policies and maintenance requirements.

Other Requirements:

  • You must have a High-school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience as well as experience in consumer sales will be required.
  • Able to type at least 35 words per minute.

They will be looking for applicants that have an interest in and knowledge about smartphones, audio connectors, and digital music and  music, and action sports.

Payment Details:

  • For training you will be paid the Federal or State minimum wage, whichever is higher
  • After training, you will earn an average hourly rate of $10.00- $12.00/hr.
